As you walked in the property it smelled like a dirty mop for all 2 days the breakfast was limited even if you went in the morning. The toilet and the tub had trouble with the water going down.

The pool was very nice and the rooms were adequate. The only negative we had was that the wifi didn't reach our room and we had to call a company that the front desk told us to call to get wifi to our room. Also, There was hardly ever anyone at the front desk at most times. The breakfast was decent though.

So we picked this hotel for it's location and it was budget friendly. The pool and hottub worked. Check in was easy. We had reserved two rooms. Ours was on the 1st floor and the other was on the 4th floor. Thursday was very relaxing, we had just drove 7 hrs so it was much needed. Great time at the pool on the first day, which was Thursday and the only day we could get in to swim, before it became packed with the holiday weekend guests. Then it just gradually got worse the next 3 days of our stay. The only pictures I got, were the ones as we were packing up and leaving. Our room's temp was not regulated, it was chilly then hot, we couldnt get a good temp going. The inside hatch lock on door was loose and didnt close properly, and the screws were gone off the bottom door latch, which was brought to the front desk employee, who noted it for the service man who was coming in on Tues. So, my husband had to fix it himself in order to close the door. No other rooms available. I have insulin, our mini fridge was not keeping it cold enough so I had to keep our cooler in our room and kept filling it with ice. We ended up buying our own kuerig because the tiny mini k cup maker just wasn't working for the both of us. Both our beds were incredibly squeaky. We had to hold the toilet lever down when we flushed. The breakfast pic is for two adults to share each plate. So it was 1 egg per adult and each either sausage or yogurt then a muffin or a yogurt. Breakfast was a joke! Very empty!

Room was nice and updated. Clean. Nothing about staff or facility stood out. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast, pool or workout room so no comment on those. Overall it was a place to rest after each days adventure-

Consistently had to wait more than 15 minutes multiple times for service at the front desk. This also happened to our friends who checked in earlier in the day. Building was in poor condition. Rooms were ok. Shower curtains were so long that you had to keep moving them from under your feet.

I did research on this hotel and I thought I was staying somewhere nice , boy was I wrong. I don’t know where to start, when we got there it seemed ok. When we got to our room we were disappointed because it was right by a side door (heard people going in and out all night long super late and super early so it was hard to sleep) Hot tub was a joke not even warm the pool was almost the same temperature. All I wanted to do after being mad about the hot tub was go to the room and take a hot shower….. well no hot water in the room, evwn after letting it run for a few minutes for it to get hot nothing…. So I get out of the shower grab a towel from the stack of what I thought was “clean towels” to find that that there is a few brownish colored stains on it. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the breakfast was ok your standard hotel breakfast and Staff was nice.

Check in process was not good, front desk lady was vary rude, not polite or no greeting and smiling even. Room was good, nice swimming pool and hot tub. Management needs to hire real customer care front desk staff and fired all staff who don't like their job.

breakfast during the week was spectacular from begining until close up. Saturday morning slept in, came to breakfastan 1 1/2 hour before close up and everything was empty, & a complete mess. only options available were make a waffle or dry bagel. then on way out to get something to eat a half hour later, the employee was wiping down tables and chairs then putting chairs up on the tables like closing up an hour early. on saturday. with people sitting at the other tables still trying to eat. very disappointing! especially since we had such a pleasant breakfast experience all the week days we were there.
