The bed was as hard as a rock, the towels felt like sandpaper, the bed linens lit up like the Fourth of July when they were moved because of all the static, and the “highly rated” breakfast was a complete joke. The eggs were dry and the sausage tasted awful, very fake. And don’t even get me started on the coffee! It tasted burnt! Worst I’ve had at a hotel. The woman at the checkout counter came out of the back looking at her phone and wasn’t the last bit friendly or cheerful. And the toilet in my room … it ran and ran and ran. Yes, the rooms were inexpensive but you get what you pay for. Never again, Best Western!!

Cleanliness of hotel, 3rd floor had an overbearing smell that gave me a headache. My room was surprisingly clean compared to the rest of the place. They don’t offer housekeeping every day, they offered room service every other day. If you need linens you had to come to the front desk to get.

Clean room, friendly staff, we went to breakfast for the last hour and nothing was restocked and everything was gone. So thst was disappointing. Also the pool was cold and dirty and the hot tub was out of order.

This was a disaster! The lobby floor appeared as though someone had been “ill” multiple times EVERYWHERE. None of the ice machines worked. The beds were so uncomfortable that sleep was difficult to impossible and the pillows didn’t help. The hot tub was out of order, which was one of the amenities that we specifically picked this site for. The pictures on the profile do not match the visual at the site. Our shower did not work properly and was barely functional to use. The only time someone was at the front desk was at check in and checkout, otherwise we didn’t see anyone. The breakfast hours were not accurate on Saturday as when we went down it was closed prior to the time stated. Also, the breakfast was very limited and not well stocked. Overall this was a very disappointing stay and we will not return to this location.

At first glance it looks nice, but the heater sounds like an engine and there is no way to turn it off. We couldn’t sleep at all. Mold in the bathroom on the caulk lines. Hot tub out of order. Definitely would not recommend staying here. Also parking is not ideal.

Not many gluten free breakfast options and the orange juice tasted very chemically. Our bathrrom door knob stopped working locking us in during the night. Hot tub was not even bathwater warm. Noise level between rooms was loud (water running, fan noise and door slamming).

Room was clean. The staff was there. Breakfast was nice. Different item the 2nd morning so that was nice to have a variety. Parking could be better. Not many spots near the entrance. Shower/tub didn’t drain well, shower head is for short people and I slipped when I got in the tub for my shower because it doesn’t drain (soap left on floor from previous shower). Heater was extremely loud in our room when it was running. Didn’t sleep well because it kept waking me and my family up.

This was my second time staying here. Very clean, very respectful staff, and the breakfast was really good. Also the 24/7 coffee bar and water stand saved many lives 😂.

It was good overall, but our toilet flooded the bathroom and we alerted mantainence 3 times and they said they were on their way when we were leaving the room for the day. When we got back late that night, they never touched the bathroom. They didn’t do anything. The night crew at least move us to a different room but the day shift didn’t fix or clean the bathroom. It was ignored when they said they were on their way.
