Rooms were clean along with the rest of the property. The only bad part the whole property smelled of marijuana inside and out. The hotel rooms did not smell of marijuana. The hotel is close to the Decc and it is a short walk. This hotel also has no restaurants close besides what's on sight. It is also in a area of decline with questionable people wandering around.

I am not a hotel snob at all. I will literally stay anywhere. The only thing I loved about this hotel is its proximity to Canal Park and all the touristy areas. The hotel unfortunately does have a scent of mildew and weed. The parking is super sketchy and I would not leave ANYTHING of value in your car. It was just not worth the price at all for how unkempt and outdated it looks. I would not come back to this hotel at all.

This is a hotel that is conveniently located between "downtown" Duluth and the canal (where there are a lot of fun shops and restraunts). You can walk and don't have to worry about parking on busy event days.

Our room was clean. We stayed on the 14th floor city view. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The view was beautiful at night. The restaurant on the top floor had a great view. The floors were a little sticky but the food and service was good. Had to be patient when waiting for elevators but to be expected with that many rooms/people staying there. I would stay there again.
