Large rooms, clean, comfortable and easy parking. We didn’t use the kitchen because there were so many dining options nearby but it had everything in it to cook if you wanted too. Breakfast had a large variety.

This was a beautiful restored property with roomy suites right by the barge in Canal Psrk. . They have a gorgeous grand piano available to play in the lobby. We didn’t stay long enough. We will be back.

Parking is across the street from hotel. Not very secure. Hotel check in was supposed to be 4pm. We arrived at 445pm and we were told our room wasn't ready. We finally were able to check in around 6pm!!! Ridiculous!!!!!! Rude staff at front desk. The only helpful person was a guy who I believe was the manager. The rest of the employees at the front desk didn't care or seem to have a clue about anything. No one apologized for inconvenience & were not given a discount for anything. We will never be returning here again!
