Lovely time at Canal Park on this mini-vacation. Staff were excellent. Clean, friendly environment and walkable to Canal Park shops and restaurants.

Pool area was so strong of chlorine that we couldn’t stay more than 5 min. Our eyes were burning for 30 minutes after we left the area. Check in desk gal was helping us then stopped half way through to help someone who was switching rooms when she showed up after us. Only reason for 4 stars overall was due to check in process.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views of Duluth and Lake Superior. Walking distance to so many restaurants and Bentleyville. Decorated wonderful for the holidays. Clean hotel and great breakfast. Would highly recommend.

My stay was fine. Check in was horrid. Came to hotel before 3 didn't mind waiting. 2+ hours later still waiting. Excuse they are working on it. Be ready shortly. At no time did they offer to hold our bags so we could go do something or get something to eat. Went to top front desk 3rd time "they just got in there it will be ready soon. " really isn't that what you have been adding for over 2 hours already.
