Lovely time at Canal Park on this mini-vacation. Staff were excellent. Clean, friendly environment and walkable to Canal Park shops and restaurants.

Pool area was so strong of chlorine that we couldn’t stay more than 5 min. Our eyes were burning for 30 minutes after we left the area. Check in desk gal was helping us then stopped half way through to help someone who was switching rooms when she showed up after us. Only reason for 4 stars overall was due to check in process.

We were disappointed to find the Bentleyville shuttle didn’t run early enough to get us there at opening. Also, our room had a musky body odor lingering smell to it. It was unpleasant. Staff was friendly but short with responses, pool was fine. Walkability was the biggest plus.

Pillows were too firm. Hot tub was lukewarm. Pool room was cold when out of the pool. Pool towels were the size of hand towels. Otherwise everything was nice.

Desk clerk when I checked in was so nice and very friendly, as was the gal who served breakfast, the gang putting up the Christmas tree. Rooms impeccable and love the vinyl plank flooring instead of carpet. Always a great place to stay. We have had our girls college reunion there annually for the last 5 years
