I sent the below to the host - but no response from them. "I appreciate it was quite cold that weekend - but it's Duluth...Upon arrival the suite's door code was not correct. I tried calling (x3 times?) the number provided but it went directly to what can only describe as being on hold, given the Muzac style music that played. I tried texting as well and finally someone called me back and gave me what I can only assume was the last code for the door rather than a newly programmed code - not a safe feeling. I couldn't get the street side entrance to work either - assuming the batteries in the lock had failed due to the cold. The space was amazing - well done. But, I couldn't get it to warm up - the floors were terribly cold and the bathroom was intolerably cold. There was a space heater so this must be an ongoing problem? The space heater didn't really help matters and obviously wasn't used while I was sleeping or away. It was truly an uncomfortable stay. As it stands at this point I would NOT recommend the property during the winter months. "
