We love this hotel especially for opening weekend of Bentleyville! Its close, always has open parking, affordable rooms, clean rooms , clean woekout and pool space. Comfortable breakfast / dining area with lots of options. We also really appreciate the shuttle bus too and from Bentleyville. This hotel is definitely our go to when staying in Duluth!

This is a newer property and it is lovely. Situated in a quieter part of Duluth and very close to Canal Park and the Aerial Lift Bridge. Our room had a great view of the Duluth Harbor. It was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good with all the staples of a continental breakfast like, fresh-made waffles, yogurt, cereal, bagels, and great coffee. We were not there long enough to use the workout room or pool area, but we did take advantage of the laundry room. Staff was courteous and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

There wasn't enough counter space in the bathroom. In addition, we had a walk-in shower which was great but the hooks to place towels, clothes was located in the right place. Everything else was great. Staff was wonderful.
