Breakfast was not the greatest, bagel was hard as a rock. Only half the jets were working in the hot tub but it was hot. Pool was cold. Pulled a huge glob of hair from the tub drain to get it to drain. Staff was friendly and the rest of the place seemed mostly clean.

Found cold water in jetted tub did not work at all. Replying to text received about room didn’t help after we tried the empty front desk. Staff just apologized the next day, and didn’t offer compensation (only reason we got that room and not a standard room).

I enjoyed the sauna. Half of the jets in the hot tub didn’t work. Breakfast selection was pretty basic and the eating area is kind of small. The room was nice and spacious with two doors to the patio, but it was too cold to use that.

I had requested a room upgrade to a room with bunk beds. I do this as soon as I received the link to be able to check in online. Well when I arrived the guy at the front desk said they weren’t able to clean all the rooms. I guess thank you for your honesty?? How are you not about to have all the rooms cleaned?!

Great hotel! Hot tub was hot, pool was cool! Breakfast was very good and the seating area was clean and comfy. Room, bed, tv were all great. Love the blinds to keep the sun out. Overall nice hotel with great front desk staff.
