The room we stayed in wasn’t very clean. The floors were dirty, didn’t seemed to be vacuumed very well, the bathroom floor wasn’t clean. Don’t think we will stay here again.

Breakfast was not very good, super messy, no one cleaned, ran out of all breads, muffins and bagels. Ran out of all milk, in milk machine and cartons. Ran out of the only eggs available, which were boiled. Orange juice was watered down. I told the clerk they were out of milk, got an ok but not refilled. The coffee ran out too! I thought breakfast would be great, was very disappointed 😞

Unfortunately, the pool was closed because it broke down and parts were in transit. The pool (especially the slide) was the main reason we picked this hotel. It would be wise to confirm at any location you plan to visit whether the facilities you intend to utilize are functioning properly! Besides that, the staff got the jobs done, breakfast had some nice variety (mini omelets, mini waffles, yogurt, fruit, etc.).Check in and check out were straight forward and the room was clean and appeared as advertised.

Yes was fresh but didn’t have option! And at the time of check in I had a problem they placed me on a different room not the one I booked, the pool was not usable the water was really cold my kids tried to swim but they couldn’t! Overall that was my only issues!

Every day was different for breakfast they rotate out the same 3 menu options. Rooms where clean and comfortable. The pool needs alot of upkeep and unfortunately due to other guests not behaving there was several nights kids couldnt swim. Parking was limited because of the outback steakhouse resturant is on the same lot.

The floor had a drier sheet next to the bed when we walked in but we just threw it away, the shower curtain had a weird brown stain about 3/4 of the way up that went across the entire curtain which was a kinda disturbing but it was ok other then that friendly stuff very accommodating.
