WONDERFUL

We had an amazing time at this house. The views were beautiful, the drive was an easy 20 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Area and 10 minutes to town to eat or go to the hot springs. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 3 toddlers. We are already planning our next trip back to this house!

All you could ask for

Ideal proximity to Wolf Creek and still convenient to head into Pagosa Springs if needed. House provided lots of extras and kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and hot tub was perfect!

Excellent location for our hunting crew

We loved the cabin. It worked perfect for the 4 of us to each have our own room and bathroom. The hot tub and outdoor deck areas were also amazing! It was also furnished with everything we needed for the week! Will certainly return.

Perfect Accommodations

This property was perfect for our family vacation! Very spacious, comfortable bedding, plenty of bathroom space and a very functional kitchen. We particularly loved sitting on the patio by the fire pit. If we ever venture back, we'll be sure to see if this rental is available.

Beautiful home/location with everything we needed for our ski vacation. Clean. Comfy beds. Hot showers with great water pressure. Plenty of space. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice grill, outdoor seating and fire pit. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working during our stay, but we informed the property manager upon our arrival so hopefully they can have it repaired for the next group.

Get together of high school buddies

Was a very nice place for the 5 of us. Plenty of room for a reasonable price. We didn't get to hang out on back porch because of rain but I can imagine how nice that would have been if weather had been better

Very nice & spacious!

Had a great time & clean homey place to stay. Loved sitting on the back porch & listening to the river. Peaceful. Only thing I would do is add another TV to another master suite. Both couples wanted the bedroom with the tv. The other tv is in the bedroom with bunkbeds.

Highly recommended property

This cabin/house was just as described. The location over the river offered easy access to the river, wildlife watching from the porches and nice sounds during the night and day time. Property is close enough to town for some shopping but far enough to keep things quiet. We had a party of 10 ranging from ages 7 to 75. The place felt roomy and offered all of the amenities we needed including a great BBQ. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat for a large group this might be the place for you.

Relaxing vacation

We had a relaxing weekend in this house. We are already planning on booking this place sometime in fall. We were very pleased with this place. Easy to find and once you get in, the river and mountain view is astounding! The only problem we had was we weren't able to turn on the gas seater outside. But other than that, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Wine/balloon festival trip

This is a beautiful property. Very convenient to Pagosa Springs. It is also a perfect place to stay and relax if you don't feel like going out. Beautiful views from the deck. Spacious, well equipped. Our group of 8 (4 couples) was very comfortable.

Absolutely perfect

This was a great location. The house was clean and well stocked in the kitchen. Definitely bigger than we expected. The beds were comfortable. The patio was very relaxing and had beautiful views. It was perfect for two families, with two kids each. The kids loved the room downstairs with the bunkbeds. The house code was sent ahead of time, so it made accessing the home easy. The river in the back was up a little , so we were able to go tubing (we brought our own tubes) with the kids. (We talked with someone who said that the rains helped from a few days earlier, or we wouldn't have been able to do the rapids, which is typical for this time of year). As it was, anyone over 100 lbs would likely rub bottom in a tube. It was perfect for our 8 and under kids and they had a blast. You do have to trek over the island in the middle to access that area and it's a lot of brush. River shoes with hard soles recommended. The stairs/ trail down to the water from the house need a little upkeep as it's a bit over grown, but still manageable. We had no cell service here but the wifi made up for it, so we all had wifi calling on our phones and was able to take a Teams meeting call on the computer with no issues. We would definitely stay here again. We had a great time.

Overall was an amazing place, with a beautiful view and awesome hot tub. Super clean, even offered towels, and overall really clean EXCEPT my ONLY complaint was that the bed sheets/comforters were dirty. One room had yellow stains on them they didn't looked washed at all, and another room had brown stains which honestly looked like some kind of poop stains... was a little disappointed about that. That was my only complaint which was kind of a big deal.

Fantastic Pagosa Stay

This is one of the best Vrbo houses I've stayed in. The location is great, close enough to Pagosa to go in at any time but far enough out that you get the feeling of being out in the woods. The house was perfect - large, clean, and perfectly appointed. Every morning and afternoon I walked down the stairs to the river and fished. It was a perfect stay!

Beautiful house on the river

The house is beautiful , with great view and the river sounds. We loved our stay. Close to Pagosa Springs downtown. We enjoyed hikes, the springs and just sitting and relaxing. Highly recommended.

Fantastic house on the river

This was the perfect house for our needs. It was far enough outside of town to be peaceful and offer interactions with nature, but close enough that getting supplies or dinner wasn’t an issue. We spent time on or in the river every day. Close to hiking trails, ATV rentals, and horseback riding.

Family vacation

3 fabulous guest suites

This home has a fully appointed kitchen, with excellent cookware and appliances. Lots of extra bed pillows, linens, and towels. The only drawback is the two flights of stairs to get to the River.

Beautiful cabin, beautiful view

Our family of 5 decided to extend our ski trip and thankfully this cabin was available so we booked it for 4 nights and happy we did. I loved that it was located on the way to the slopes but still close to town. I also loved the lighting of the cabin, big windows, light and bright. Some cabins can feel dark but this one was laid out perfectly and didnt feel cluttered. The large balcony and view is stunning. I would love to come back in the Summer to see the river not froze over. I had trouble getting into the cabin because I overlooked the right code to use, I called the number on the email and got an answer quickly. The lady was really helpful and kind to me even when my reception kept cutting out. The only negatives I could think of are very minor..A couple dishes (bowl & silverware) were dirty put away, the tv area was dusty, and no blender (which Im pretty sure Im in the minority with wanting to drink smoothies in the winter lol). I have to say, besides the blender, the kitchen had everything else. We are very grateful to of stayed here!
