Hyatt, you're setting the standard high!

Coming back in to Florida, we wanted a brief stay and relaxation before driving back to Jacksonville ftom Orlando. The Hyatt House was an amazing stay and excellent value for such a beautifully accommodating hotel. The Bar inside the Hotel was amazing but the location is surrounded by a large assortment of dining options. Highly recommended for anyone to stay and enjoy the plush, comfortable and very clean establishment. Customer service was fabulous and the shuttle from the Airport to the hotel was right on time. You will not be disappointed 😉

Broken shower

The shower in our room wouldn’t turn on. We called the front desk and they sent someone up. They turned the pipe on and then left. We could adjust the temperature, it was very hot, and then I could t turn it back off. I had to call the desk again for someone to come turn it off. I was told there was no one there to fix it at that time of night. It was late. The next day, upon check out, I notified the front desk of the broken shower and was offered a bottle of water. Quite irritating.

We like that no one can access the elevators to the rooms unless they have a room key card. Great from a safety perspective. The following team members Antonio, Liz and Ricardo were all fantastic. These 3-individuals went beyond and above, friendly people who were very welcoming and helpful. We would stay here again.
