What truly makes this Sonder Craftsman special is all about the onsite staff! I have stayed here for close to a month. At the front desk always with a smile you will meet Tiana, Sophie, Em and every person working this position. They are all full of positive energy, kindness, humanity and extreme professionalism.
The same goes for the 24/7 Security Gaurds, Omar, Demil and others will make you feel safe and welcome home as you come and go. They are authentic proving how far kindness and humanity go in this world of AI chat bots and outsourced low paid workers.
I love the rooms because they feel like apartments. They have beautiful, modern and architectural kitchens. There are washer & dryers in every room.
What I dislike greatly is the disconnect between the wonderful on site staff and the less than honest Sonder App employees and phone representatives I reached on the customer service phone number on Sonder.com. It is clear those reservation chat and phone agents are teained for one thing, booking your room at the highest price possible. The corporate greed that is behind "dynamic pricing" is a huge turn off.
Sonder CEO needs to fix this or it will be the undoing of the Sonder brand. The public is tired of greed and will book their stays accordingly.
If the staff had not been so amazing , I would have been underwhelmed. The on-site staff impressed me so much it made up for the rest.
