The property is run down and needs maintenance. They only gave us one washcloth and the towels were rough and scratchy. The breakfast was cereal and oatmeal- and they ran out of coffee by 830!

I will not be staying at this hotel again. I booked for two nights but left after one. It was not refundable but my family refused to stay another night. We got a 3 bed two bathroom suite and had multiple issues. One bathrooms shower was broken and not useable, ants in the window seal and bathroom, walls where dirts, carpets didn’t look vacuumed all the way, as well as the couch was dirt. The mattresses where uncomfortable to sleep on. The next morning a hotel service member asked if we needed anything, I asked to for the room the be cleaned and fresh towels however when we returned to the room that evening no one cleaned the room or brought towels. These are just a few issues we had I decided to pack up my family and get a room elsewhere. This was the worst hotel experience.

Definitely not up to Days Inn standards

Arrived to check in, was informed there is a $100 cash only deposit per night. Clerk was very polite and friendly. Room was clean, only one towel, no wash cloths, no coffee pot, no phone. A/C barely worked. We would not recommend!

I booked online. When I got to the hotel I found out I had to put $100 cash deposit down in case I stole something. I did not have $100 in cash so I went to the ATM in their lobby and was charged a fee of $3.99 to get money to pay the fee. I could not check out till 7 the next morning because I would not receive my deposit till after 7. We went down at 7:15am to check out and no one was at the front desk. Forty five minutes later someone showed up at the desk. Took her another 20 minutes to go and check my room to make sure I didn't steal anything then she returned my deposit. Overall it was a insulting experience. Will not return to this Days Inn, and probably never again with the name Days Inn on the hotel.

First, there’s a $100 deposit that’s not mentioned on the website. The room we reserved, was not Available which was annoying especially when we paid for the room protection. The rooms were poor conditions (get what you pay for), and we had postpone leaving the city due to nobody being able to check us out and return our deposit until the manager was at the location. Unprofessional and should be shut down.

There is no where on website that they require 100 depoist in cash. Had to use atm and pay 3.99 fee to get cash. The pictures of hotel online need to update.

Avoid this place

Nothing nice to say except for the clerk who checked us in. The facility needs maintenance. Bed linens had holes and were stained. One bar of soap. No extra pillows. There is a $100.00 cash fee at time of checkin. If our room was not damaged and nothing stolen, we would get the cash back, which we did. I wish we would have been forewarned.

Women at the front desk are the saving factor and the only reason for my 2-stars. I came in about 11pm, they were understanding and made check in easy. When booking this reservation, reviews were set to most relevant, not most recent. Thats where I MESSED UP! Reviews were.... unfortunately misleading. DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY. Dead bugs. Used, stiff washrag hung in the shower. A ton of hair and clearly hasnt been cleaned, swept, mopped, or maintained in a long time. Random man came banging on my door about 12 am. There is a $100 cash deposit.

Checked in around 12:30 AM. Got to our room and it was disgusting and the remotes were missing batteries. Went to the desk, she called the manager to come talk to us. After 45 minutes I returned to the desk to check on where the manager was, and she was changing our room, she changed our room around 2:20AM.. that room was missing two beds as we had reserved a suite with 3 queens. I returned to the desk again where the manager personally went and cleaned another room for us to stay in. She cleaned it and we were able to finally get into bed around 3:15AM. The manager assured me that my refund had been issued upon checkout, but I haven't received it. I called the hotel, and the lady I spoke with said I needed to email the hotel, I did, I have not received a response. I should also mention the entire hotel smelled of cigarettes and Marijuana.

Not happy with our stay. The room we were assigned, someone was in it so the attendant had to knock on doors to find an empty room. The hotel smelled of marijuana, the sheets had holes in them, the grab bar in the shower was broken and the hair dryers did not work. Will not stay again.

There was a missing shower curtain in the bathroom. The bed was old and made noises. One morning stop in breakfast before 9 (stop 8:45) but there was a staff closing the breakfast. My room key kept on not working everyday and had to go to the lobby to get it fix. And there was a man one day in the hallway on the 3rd room and follow me to my room and kept saying hello and excuse me and I felt very uncomfortable and not safe.
