When we first walked in, we had 4 very small pillows for 4 people. When I asked for 2 more, they said they would try to find more and brought us one. Around 10, the fire alarm went off and it was people on our floor smoking weed in their room, causing the alarm to go off. The room was not well maintained either. I know they are trying to update, but it was rough. Our toilet clogged and there was no water pressure in the sink. Our bedspread had some stains. We know it was a budget hotel, but the reviews were more positive than our experience. We would not stay here again.

Very dirty. Vinyl floors in bedroom peeling off. Dusty furniture. My mattress was severely stained with dark brown stains. Only 2 pillows on my bed. Lights flickering in the restroom. Overall, very uncomfortable with the condition in the room. I did not feel good even sleeping there but had no choice. Will never recommend or book with you guys again. The online pictures of the hotel look nothing like what it actually is in person. People blasting music, smoking, drinking, overall very uncomfortable and unsafe environment.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The woman at the front desk had an attitude from the second I walked in. Her tone was nasty, she was dismissive, and she didn’t offer a single bit of help. Instead of welcoming me, she made me feel like I was bothering her just by checking in. Her behavior was so unprofessional and uncomfortable that it completely ruined the stay for me. If this is the kind of “customer service” this hotel allows, then management seriously needs to step in. I will not be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This was not a clean or well-kept property. The hallways and rooms smelled of smoke and other weird things, wall paper pealing everywhere and duct tape on the blinds, shower, etc.. we left without staying overnight. Couldnt close the blinds, bedding was stained and ripped, and the noise in the hallway was impossible to ignore. BAD.
