Please note: Paseo is in Zone D off Daniels Parkway and did not sustain any leaks or roof damage from Hurricane Ian (2022) or Helene/Milton (2024).

Condo is fully stocked with kitchen and beach supplies, including 4 beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, 2 adult bicycles. Gourmet kitchen and baths feature granite countertops. All small kitchen appliances and cookware on hand, with breakfast bar seating for 4 and dining table for 4-6. Cable TV/internet and linens included.

Condo has one king bed, one queen bed, and two twin beds.
Master bedroom: King bed, large walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, deep soaker tub and stand up shower, and flatscreen TV.
2nd bedroom: Queen bed, wall-to-wall large closet, TV and pocket door for ensuite bathroom with double sinks.
3rd bedroom: Two twin beds, TV, dresser drawers and large walk-in closet. Shares bathroom with 2nd bedroom.
Washer/dryer upstairs in hall closet.
