"The staff members were very nice and the pool was wonderful. Servers were great and food was good! Everything was great except for the housekeeping. Every single day our room was not done and we would be out of the room by 9:30 in the morning with no sign on the door. We would spend the entire day by the pool or at the beach and then come back to get ready for dinner and the room was never done and amenities were not replenished ($47 resort fee). Trash would get full, we’d need new towels… etc. We had to go down to the front desk every day and ask for our room to be done. On the last full day we had to go down and ask twice… and enough time passed where we gave up and started getting ready for the evening. Then someone comes and we tell them to give us 5 minutes to get out of the room (someone was showering). We get out and leave for an hour and the cart is in the hallway. We return, cart is gone, and room isn’t done. They eventually come back when someone else is showering… we tell them we are good at that point as we need to get to dinner. Expected that part to be much better considering the daily resort fee."

"We had a wonderful stay overall! The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our visit. The amenities were excellent, and while the pool was a little crowded at times, it was still enjoyable. The beach was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of our trip. The only issue we experienced wasn’t with the hotel itself, but with the restaurant next door. It was very busy with fans watching the World Cup, and some patrons were extremely loud and, at times, disrespectful to other guests. We truly appreciated that the hotel staff stepped in, addressed the situation professionally, and asked everyone to be respectful of the other guests. Despite that minor inconvenience, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!"
