"The service was great. We had issues with our room keys not working on our room lock. It took several tries and many trips to the front desk but still couldn’t get our room key to work. The night security guard Dwight worked on the issue but could not get the lock to work. He was great and went out of his way to help. We were finally booked into another room and everything worked perfectly. We were also given a voucher for $40 dollars for our troubles."

"The staff was super friendly and the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this spot. Go have breakfast at a spot called Cafe Bastille right across the street. 5 star food."

"I booked 2 nights with Hotels.com and When I returned the second day I found my belongings locked in the rook and my key did not work. Shanee, thee receptionist at the desk told me I was not registered for the second day and wanted me to pay for it. She was quite insistent and rather rude. Fortunately I was carrying my Hotels.com invoice showing two days. She said it didn't matter because her computer say one day. I called Hotels.com and spoke to Sharif who was able to straighten it out. But she also gave him a hard time and hung up on him twice. Finally she said she found it in her computer but still fought with both Sharif and me for over 40 minutes. I also found a roach in my room which I gave to Shanee at the desk."
