We stayed there for New Years and were promised connecting rooms so we could monitor our teens. We waited over an hour for these rooms, while the front desk checked in close to 50 people, however they only checked with house keeping 3 times while we waited. We were constantly asked to check into rooms on different floors because they couldn’t be bothered to see if connecting rooms were cleaned. We didn’t think it was fair to other guests to have to room next to unsupervised teens. Being ignored for an hour and the tone used by the staff was rude. We asked to see the manager -denied. We called corporate and even they couldn’t talk to a person. They were put on hold and then disconnected. Breakfast the next morning was chaos. There was no place to sit. Serving staff tried to do their best, but they ran out of utensils and food and had to continually scramble to restock. This place is clearly overbooked and understaffed. We have stayed in many of these hotels, but this one was a shambles. It was so poorly run I will not stay there again and can not recommend it.

Difficult Receptionist

Problem when i went to check in with front desk receptionist. I booked a room with a bathtub because i have small kids but front desk receptionist gave me a hard time even after i showed her my receipt which clearly states I have a room with a bathtub.
