Pretty much everything.the area around the hotel at best looks very sketchy. It appears most business have closed up and other than the 1 restaurant a block away the area looks deserted.the facility itself would appear that the last time it saw paint was many years ago and I’m talking many.staff could be a little more personable since 1 was good and the others acted as if you were a distraction of their day.they should all be like the shuttle drivers who were excellent.

Very simple but clean motel, staff friendly and helpful even though the place was packed with stranded travelers due to a winter storm. Lovely pool and in addition to the food truck on the property, there’s a sports bar next door with good food. Great place to stay before our cruise!
