Rooms were dirty, and had bugs in them. Bathrooms not clean. Shortage of towels and coffee. Shuttle did not show to pick us up at the airport. We had to pay over $40 for a taxi to drive us there. The hotel refused to reimburse us for that - when it was their fault. We then had to wait another hour, just to get our room! They wouldn't let us wait in the lobby, so we had to wait in the hot temps outside. There were no apologies for their lack of services, no empathy. Their phone number to call when you needed the shuttle, I called more than 8 times, with no one answering the phone. Their was also no employee at the front desk to check in for about 30minutes. An employee actually walked by the front desk, there was a line of people to check-in, and she wouldn't help us! We will NEVER stay here again. And will advise others to not stay here as well.

Stayed here for only one night, because I had to fly out of FLL the next day early. It was the cheapest hotel I could find on Travelocity and it was still expensive for what it was. The hotel was under major construction and the room was about as limited in amenities as it can get. No coffee machine and towels are like sand paper. Check-in was a chore. One girl working at a three-station front desk with five people waiting and only one credit card terminal working. Finally a second girl showed up after about 15-minutes of waiting, therefore be prepared for an understaffed hotel. The front desk phone rang incessantly and with only one worker, she just did not bother to pickup, so the ringing was beyond annoying. The lobby was a mess. Really disheveled and the restaurant was not only closed, but looked as if it was bombed out with all the tables stacked and in disarray due to construction. It would be nice to be advised in advance major construction is happening, but nope... no advance notice. No effort was put into the lobby, so initial appearances were really off-putting. I had called two days before check-in to ensure I could get a handicapped room for my travel partner and no one picked up after about 24-hours of calling. When I finally did get someone on the line, I asked for a first floor handicapped room, and was given a standard two bed room, still a ridiculous walking distance from the handicapped parking, so accommodating handicapped guests is not a priority. D-!

On my way into Florida, I was mistakenly double scheduled, and they did nothing to help me. Had to pay twice. On top of that, they put me in the worst room in the house--next to the pool pump house, noisy and with no view of the pool. On my way out of Florida, I tried to cancel my reservation due to Covid exposure and was told that my reservation was non-refundable.

The Staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly. The manager came to assist the front desk clerk when there was an issue with my checking in. As for the property, I would never stay at that hotel again unless it was broken down and rebuilt, there were roaches in my room, and the room smelled like a smoke factory. Sleeping on the sand in Iraq is cleaner than sleeping on the bed with cigarette-stained sheets. Travelocity should NOT list this hotel on their Site ..
