Upon arrival the clerk did not explain anything to me. She just told me my total which I had to question was my total Was not what I expected. She then explained there was a deposit. Then she said there was a $3 Parking fee which that fee isn’t posted anywhere on their website. The room was mid The ceiling was hanging and there were roaches in our room. When I checked out I wasn’t provided a receipt even when asked the clerk just said I was all good. I frequently go to Holiday Inns and this by far was One of the worst experiences.

Staff was very nice. Hotel wasn’t that clean. There were little bugs in our room and our room smelt like mildew water. Hotel wasn’t very clean, I noticed a Bobby pin on the floor by the elevator on day one, 8 days later it was still there despite “cleaning”

Staff were helpful and courteous. Room was spacious with a coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Breakfast was included and was basic but adequate. Room surfaces were dusty however, I had to ask for it to be wiped down but they apologized and took care of it immediately. Location was very good with lots of eating places and a Publix grocery and Walgreens in easy walking distance.

When we arrive for check in on Saturday afternoon, the gentleman that checked us in was on the phone and was very rude to whomever was on the other end. He hung up the phone and didn’t say much to myself or my family. You could definitely tell he just did not like his job. He never even told us that there was breakfast in the lounge. Secondary nobody ever cleaned our room as we were there for two nights. I came back from a busy day to my soiled towels from the night before that were still kind of wet. When I went to call down to housekeeping, they were nice enough to bring us some more stuff but to come to find out that the bathmat that was supposed to be clean was actually still dirty so I wasn’t very happy there either. The lobby seemed very well kept and taken care of and so did the dining room but when it came to the elevators and some of the staff, they seemed that they did not care. The only time that I felt that the staff did well was the breakfast staff who was very polite and kept that area very clean. And then whomever worked the Monday morning we checked out she was apologetic.

The exterior of the hotel looks amazing. Staff didn't seem to welcoming. The room wasn't any better, as soon as we stepped inside it was very stuffy with a smell of mildew. Seems like an update is needed.

The room was honestly not what was posted. Specifically the bathroom. There wasn't even a toilet paper holder. The shower design allowed water to spray all over the bathroom. Requiring multiple towels each shower to mom up. And creating a very unsafe tile situation.
