Airport shuttle was great once the only person on duty at the hotel could answer the phone. With people calling, guests checking in and others wanting questions answered at the same time he was swamped at the desk. When we got here to check in the clerk was dtill trying to do what 2 people should have been at the desk doing. With people swarming in for cruises today there should have been two. We were kn hold or after awhile the phone system hung up on us for 35 minutes.
