The hotel staff strong arms for additional charges for early check in. Claims there is no where to store bags; however on departure date miraculously storage space is available. Very little in amenities. Cafe personnel not very accommodating. Food so so.

The room was clean, the lobby not si mych and staff was slow and not very accommodating. Hotel was way too expensive not to have immenities such as free coffee, water or a continental breakfast. A bottle of water was outrageously expensive. Won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The lobby was rather dirty and filled with people waiting for their rooms. The condition of the room was good. No water fountain or free coffee. No continentsl breakfast. Staff was terse. There was a $50 fee to get the room early thus the reason the lobby was full to overflowing.
