First, let me say that Bianca was splendid! I had to wait 45 minutes at the airport for your shuttle. Two waves of arrivals came and went and I was still standing there. Not a great start. Wish I had been told at checkin that you offered breakfast. It looked great and at a fair price. But my biggest issue was the strong scent everywhere I went. It was overwhelming, and could be dangerous for people with asthma. Loved your outdoor area by the pool.

Nice room—clean and comfortable. Easy check in and convenient to both airport and cruise. Free shuttle to airport and cruise ride is $15 per person one way, only a block away from Jackson’s—a great place to grab a sandwich and delicious ice cream! Will definitely stay again! Breakfast however is NOT free and bar is pricey.

It was dirty. We had dirty towels in our room - they were stained. There were people smoking weed right outside. Our remote to our TV didnt work (not a huge deal - but still) The desk staff were friendly but just didn’t make up for the rest.

I bed slept great! My daughter and I felt as if the floors weren’t completely clean! I kept sliding over a sticky film enemy in gym shoes. There were also quite a few hairs that were found around the room!!I gym was small but offered everything needed! Overall a good stay with nice staff! Shuttle from and to airport. Shuttle to cruise port from hotel for per person price!!
