Had to wait 45 minutes for our room to be cleaned. This is beyond the 3pm check in time. The free shuttle from the airport to the hotel was really bad. We waited 1.5 hours for it to show up. But the staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and our room was nice.

The front desk person when we arrived at night was extremely rude. And the room was disgusting and not clean. The bathroom had pubic hair and hairs from other people before everywhere. Thankfully I always bring sani wipes and wiped everything down. We were only there for one night to catch an early flight so not much we could do at that time.

Will always choose to stay here when in town!

The hotel was very clean and so comfortable. I need to find out where I can get some of those pillows and sheets! The staff was always friendly and the airport shuttle was efficient.

Very disappointed when we found out that the airport shuttle was not running at 5 am as stated on your website . We had an early morning flight requiring an early shuttle . Will not stay with Holiday inn express again unless this gets rectified.

Good for the price

Bed and pillows comfy, big clean room no smells, airport shuttle was nice but you do need to reserve spots, continental breakfast wasn’t very good and very small selection.

We stayed at this hotel after our cruise. We arrived back to port earlier than expected and arrived at the hotel before 10am. They worked to get us a room cleaned so we could check in early. The breakfast was very good for a hotel breakfast, bagels, cinnamon rolls, muffins, cereal, yogurt, biscuits, gravy, pancakes and I’m sure more that I am forgetting. We also used the complementary shuttle for our 7:30am flight. The kids played in the hotel pool which was decent. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only “negatives” we had was our room shared the outside wall with the 4th floor pool and you could hear guests outside until around 11 and you can’t really walk anywhere so we just DoorDashed dinner. All in all we would stay here again.
