Had to wait 45 minutes for our room to be cleaned. This is beyond the 3pm check in time. The free shuttle from the airport to the hotel was really bad. We waited 1.5 hours for it to show up. But the staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and our room was nice.

The front desk person when we arrived at night was extremely rude. And the room was disgusting and not clean. The bathroom had pubic hair and hairs from other people before everywhere. Thankfully I always bring sani wipes and wiped everything down. We were only there for one night to catch an early flight so not much we could do at that time.

I would’ve given five star, but the fact that you guys sell soap in order to wash clothes but yet don’t have quarters or a change machine to make quarters or a credit card operated washing machine and drying machine that’s completely ridiculous

Can not complain about hotel but when you provide a pick up service from the airport you better pick the phone up! Call for over 1 hour no one answered the phone! This is one reason I picked this holiday inn! I will never stay at another Holiday Inn again due this poor poor service!

The entire hotel. It felt fresh, clean and modern. I love how the hotel has all the dove products. That's so helpful as I was departing for a cruise the next day. I did have to take our all of my toiletry items. I love that they had the protein Greek yogurt that I eat at home too.
