Front desk Louise Megan overcharged me for an extra night. I asked her to please fix the error.she said the manager will do it in the morning. I asked if I could have that in writing but she said “she ain’t writing anything”. I asked if I could get a business card and she said there weren’t any. She was blowing me off and was speaking in a condescending tone and loud. She spoke to me as if she was on the street. Every time she would try to explain it lacked consistency and very deceiving. Awful service. Never again.

This was one of the worst stays at a hotel I have ever had. The staff was unattentive and indifferent. When checking in- I had to ask the front desk about the gym and breakfast. Typically that is part of the information provided when checking in. When calling the front desk for information- no answer- when I went down to the desk- the young lady was on her cell phone on a personal call.

Property was nice but when I took a shower there was no soap or shampoo to wash with. Figured that would be provided like everywhere else
