The room was very nice as far as the set up. I loved the kitchen area and the beds were very comfortable. My traveling companion said the couch was not clean but i did not notice. The water in the pool was very nice but the tiles in the pool were very dirty and needed brushed very badly. Because of that i did not go in the pool again. I wasnt sure if it was dirt or part of the color. I used my fingernail and scraped some gunk off. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Facility was great but front desk staff members didn’t show good customer service practice. One of the staff members was on her phone on a personal call while checking us in. Also when called about needing extra pillows we were told by the staff member that they were being washed and we won’t know if we will get them or not. I travel a lot and stay at different hotels and I have to say that the front desk staff needs some additional customer service training.

Worst hotel experience I ever had. Rooms never cleaned during three day stay. Lied to me. GM Alejandro is a lying and dishonest man. First said I would get one night free. Then he said no. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Left my pouch in the back patio area told staff and noone really cared that someone took my property except for Anne at the front desk.. this was very upsetting
