During my recent stay, I was disappointed with several aspects of this property. The carpet in the room had a noticeable musty odor, the air conditioning unit was extremely noisy, and the bedspread was torn and in poor condition. Additionally, the front desk staff at check-out were not friendly and seemed to struggle with assisting guests efficiently.
One of the main reasons I selected this hotel was its proximity to the airport, as I had an early morning flight and wanted to avoid traffic delays. However, the airport shuttle service turned out to be problematic. The shuttle only operates once per hour and requires a reservation, which I had made in advance. Despite this, the following morning the van was overcrowded, and several guests, including myself, had to squeeze in uncomfortably to make it to our flights. While the driver was kind and did his best to accommodate everyone, this experience was stressful and far from what I expected.
Furthermore, the images displayed on Expedia no longer match the current state of the property, which was misleading. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience, and I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
