Contacted the hotel several times before arriving to confirm our reservation. The day we arrived we had to wait over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. Once we arrived at the hotel the hotel cancelled our reservation. No one called we had no notification from anyone. They told us it was cancelled because the card on file was invalid. We did not have a room. When asked if they had another room they kept saying we sold out even though they had just cancelled the room. No one could help us. Then magical the “manager” said he was going to move some residents to another room at a sister property but no one left the hotel and there was a room clean and ready. Also, the card that they said was invalid was charged $288.77 but they told me they didn’t charge my card. They hotel charged me twice for a room that was cancelled on two different cards. When I called no one could answer my questions they would take my number and have someone call me back. You guessed it no one ever called me back the 3 times I gave my number. The front desk gentleman was not helpful at all. To this dates I have been charged over $600.00 for a room that was cancelled for no reason whatsoever. Only because they said that they can do that. I am not happy with this property or Hyatt for allowing this to happen. I was so angry I was in tears. My friend and I were stranded for absolutely no reason. Tried to cover up their mistake. Ruined our vacation.

We would like to start by sincerely apologizing for the inconveniences you experienced. As far as your rooms being cancelled we were just following our Hyatt policy. If a credit card on file declines we must cancel the room by a certain time, we were unable to contact you because we had no contact information attached to reservation. If there are still incorrect charges on your credit card please contact us so that we can take care of them for you. Again we apologize and we hope you give us another chance to show you and your family a great time.

Nice property. Room was clean and very comfortable. Used the shuttle service to the airport and was very pleased. Would definitely stay here again when in the area

Nice hotel close to the Airport. Surrounding was building up with vast variety of shops. Kids love it cos at the intersection, there is McDonald, Burger King chain store for meal.

Very nice hotel. Staff went out of their way to help us with outings and travel. The food in the cafe was good too.

Uncomfortable beds and poorly laid out room.

Pros: Friendly staff and a clean establishment
Cons: The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and the sink / bathroom area in my opinion is very poorly thought out.
The hotel staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean, but poorly laid out.. No one can use the sink area without disrupting anyone laying down. Lastly, the mattress was probably the worst one I've personally slept on in ages.

No Hot Water

Pros: Location
Upon arrival we realized that the hot water heater was not working. We were told that it was being repaired. For our four day stay, we had hot water twice. Having a baby, it was not easy. Staff seemed uninterested in explaining the problem and unsympathetic.

Nice hotel that is secluded.

This is a nice hotel that is not too far from major highways, near to a few shopping areas, and within short driving distance from some beaches. The staff was excellent and took care of all my needs. Rooms are spacious, even for a 1 bedroom. I was very pleased!
