The hotel was sufficient - I didn't think it was quite at the quality level I'd expect from a Hyatt. Also, the name of the hotel was confusing because there was another Hyatt with almost the same exact name. My uber driver brought me to the wrong hotel! So I had to pay for a second uber at additional cost to bring me to the correct one. My husband was pretty upset about that. The staff were not overly friendly, but provided all the assistance we needed during our stay.

Started out OK, but got our room keys, and two of the three keys would not open the door. At least one would open so that was fine. Then during the middle of the night we had banging on our door ,come to find out they assigned another person to our room. They finally got that worked out and gave this person a different room, but it took a half a hour of talking and everyone wondering what’s going on. Of course it disturbed our sleep that we just really needed because we did not get sleep the prior two days.But then the next morning, somehow all our keys would not work to open our room door. Had to go down and get three new keys made. Went for breakfast and the sausage patties were cool. The pancakes were cool, they would not even begin to melt the butter. Pretty much threw my food away and walked across and ate at McDonald’s. I definitely won’t be coming back here again.

The only thing I didn't like is the room attendant did not change my bed sheets. In room 406 my pajama pants was made in the bed, meaning the bed was pulled and tucked.tucked neatly though

The elevator worked so so and looks like it’s ready to give up. The shower was not draining properly and it flooded while taking a shower, not to mention there was no soap to take a shower something that housekeeping should have addressed after the previous guest.
