Everything was wonderful! Very clean, excellent free breakfast and very polite employees. The only thing that could have been better was having the complimentary ice water at a self-serve station instead of behind the bar so an employee had to serve you.

The staff was very helpful during check-in. They were able to adjust our reservation to add an additional adjoining room. They provided a free breakfast the following morning and free shuttle service to the airport. The room was comfortable and clean.

The bathroom door was so big and the bathroom was small. Difficult to move around. Not any impressive amenities. Shuttle bus was a pain. We were waited half any hour, to hear the bus driver told us only allowed the 4 people ahead of us while the bus was empty inside. Told me to wait again. I wouldn’t go back to this hotel again.

There were many great things about the Hyatt Place Ft. Lauderdale. The location was excellent. It was close to the airport, cruise port and many restaurants and shops. We also had a great room with lots of room, with comfortable beds and furniture. Another bonus was the complimentary breakfast.
