Started out OK, but got our room keys, and two of the three keys would not open the door. At least one would open so that was fine. Then during the middle of the night we had banging on our door ,come to find out they assigned another person to our room. They finally got that worked out and gave this person a different room, but it took a half a hour of talking and everyone wondering what’s going on. Of course it disturbed our sleep that we just really needed because we did not get sleep the prior two days.But then the next morning, somehow all our keys would not work to open our room door. Had to go down and get three new keys made. Went for breakfast and the sausage patties were cool. The pancakes were cool, they would not even begin to melt the butter. Pretty much threw my food away and walked across and ate at McDonald’s. I definitely won’t be coming back here again.

This one a convenient one night stay after a long travel day. There was a free shuttle pick up at the airport that offered quick pick up. Hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants within walking distance. Overall great hotel if you are looking to take a break before continuing on your journey.

Short family stay

We had a one night stay before our cruise. Our flight was very delayed but the hotel was kind and let us check in late. We appreciated the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. They came quickly to pick us up after we called.

Property is on the older side, could use a refresh but is generally in decent shape. The pool and the fitness center were nice. Unfortunately the sheets on the sleeper sofa in our room were really gross (full of stains and hair that looked like pubic hair). We went down and the front desk staff said that they would let housekeeping know immediately. A little while later a guy showed up with a comforter but no sheets or pillows. We explained that we needed the full bedding set and he said he’d be right back. Never showed up. We went back down to the front desk and were told they had to submit a ticket to get more sheets sent up and it could be a while. We ended up having to grab some off of a housekeeping cart as no sheets ever came.

This property was ideal for all of our needs. I liked that there were restaurants within walking distance. The beach was not that far of a drive also. The airport shuttle was convenient and scheduling a ride was a breeze.
