Free airport shuttle took over an hour to arrive. We called the hotel three times and finally they gave us the shuttle drivers cell number and told us to call him!!! Hotel was dirty (bugs covered inside of bedside lamp shade) and there was NO HOT WATER. Had to take a miserable cold shower. All this for over $250.00 a night. Horrible experience. Asked for refund or at least compensation. We were refused. Would have left to look for another place but it was already after 11:00 pm and we were leaving for a cruise the next morning. Just awful!

Waited over an hour for the shuttle from airport. We finally had to call the driver. Per instructions from hotel because he would not answer their call. Check in guy was very nice. Our key didn’t work after 3 attempts. He finally came up to help us. No hot water in hotel!! No Kleenex!! Will meet with manager to see what they will do

Unfortunately there was a lot of mildew on the lampshades. Rooms were not cleaned each day due to of what I was told Covid which they should be cleaned everyday. This is no excuse for the hotel not to clean the rooms. Front desk service was terrible. Not customer friendly at all.

Only one person working front desk. She was answering phones and checking people in, but needed help. I was fourth in line, and took 30 minutes to get checked in. Also took 20 minutes and several calls to arrange for shuttle from the airport.

Wouldn’t recommend if you’re picking this for its included breakfast. Powder eggs, sausage, waffle, yogurt, and bagel was pretty much it. They did have a dennys next door which was nice.

Nice hotel

Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Our room was updated and clean. I would recommend better pillows. Breakfast was good. Location was great and super easy to get. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who is going on a cruise or going to the airport.

I liked the staff very much but this hotel on BW standards is below par. I didn't I form the desk of the bugs we had but it was better than the first room that smelled of urine. Otherwise it is close to stores and a very short drive to the beach.
