The property is clean and the room is fine. Complimentary breakfast was good. Couple quirks - the hotel is off the beaten path from restaurants and stores. There are places to eat, but there is a bit of a walk to get these. They are strict to their check in time - which is unfortunate for folks that arrive early. We were there at 11:00am and did not get into a room until after 2:00. Most hotels will allow you in as the rooms are cleaned...

We waited about an hour to be picked up at the airport. The service when checking in was good. The view was nice. The sheets on the bed were too small and did not stay on. Disappointing breakfast. The transportation advertised for the cruise port was not reliable. We were not picked up at the designated time so we had to get an Uber at the last minute.

Staff was very professional, friendly, and Courteous. They meet our needs and went above and beyond expectations. The property is Safe and Clean. House keeping does a very good job. The location was good, and a nice walk to restaurants and shops. Woman that ran the front desk was great. What I didn't like was that there was no kleenex or conditioner available. Front desk said they were out.
