The carpet in the hallways were disgusting. Along with the slapped on pictures. Elevator is very slow. Bar was not open while we were there. Coffee shop close at 1 pm. Even thou web page said both were open.

Cons: They advertise beachfront property when you book on Expedia, but it is a two part resort. They own the part across the street, and the part on the beach… you will likely be staying across the street like us. To book it here to find out it wasn’t directly on the beach was beyond disappointing, but we get a typical DEI hire saying “we unfortunately cannot give you your money back due to you booking through Expedia.” Then she says “there is a $50 a night resort fee” I said “For what? There is nothing here.” They don’t highlight that on Expedia so be ready to fork out $50 A NIGHT FOR A RESORT FEE! Then parking they charge… $25 A DAY! Yes, you pay an additional $75 each day! on top of what Expedia says. The Hallway carpet looks like someone puked on it every 5 feet, disgusting. Stains everywhere on that Hallway carpet. The shower took forever to get hot, and the knob used for the turning of the temp popped off, so had to keep popping it back on to use it. To too it off, someone brought their dog there and it barked allllll nighhhht looooong. We called and complained and said we wanted a credit and they said someone would be in contact with us and it has yet to happen. Pros: You do have access to the beach. The other staff there were extremely friendly, and the towels, rooms, and beach were super clean. Pool was clean (just a little too small and wasn’t heated. Way too cold.) When you stay at the pool, the resort staff give you free popsicles so that was a cool surprise!

Excellent beach front bungalows! Great room service great free parking great bars and restaurants great beach chairs and umbrellas all set up for the guest. Overall an excellent run property within a 15 min beach walk to the main action downtown Lauderdale by the Sea. CVS $1.25 store food market across the street 1 min walk. Book a bungalow you won’t regret it!

The hotel is right across the street from the beach. I loved everything about this place!!! It was just what a cute south Florida hotel should be. I stayed 2 nights solo trip. I walked to Publix which was right behind it. I got a drink at the bar in the lobby and got a drink last evening at the Backflip bar. I didn’t use service while on the beach because I’m a light eater but I heard them with other guests and they were great and attentive. There’s also a cafe in the lobby. If I was the type to stay at the same places, I would definitely come again!!! I loved everything! Also as an Expedia VIP member, I received 2 free drinks upon arrival AND I was granted a before noon early as heck check in. I was really grateful for that!
