Third time we have stayed here. The service is impeccable. Especially Nicole at guest services and all the ladies in charge of breakfast each day. Only thing I would like to see done differently is for the pool and hot tub open later. Rooms are great. Beach is easily accessible and employees are warm and very friendly. Anytime your in Pompano Beach it's a must stay!

The pool area and beach area are rather small, but very nice. Still managed to have the feel of a resort. The staff was all very friendly and personable The only negative is that (and maybe this is on Expedia?) when I booked it made it look like there was a one time $35 resort fee, but that was applied every day, as well as $35 for parking every day. Expedia should have been more upfront showing the actual total for the whole day, including this daily $35 resort fee It is valet only. If you call down for your car ahead of time, the valet works pretty efficiently.

What a quaint upscale feel to a chain hotel experience. The beach view had a private beach entrance. Patio had a cool vibe. Staff was outstanding. The front desk was more than helpful and (Grandma) the breakfast lady had me feeling great every morning. You must check this place out

Residence INN by Marriott on Ocean Blvd. in Pompano Beach should be your #1 & only choice when booking your next trip. My stay at the Residence Inn was AWESOME! Ron, Janelle, JC, Daniel, Carlos, Grandma Kat & staff gave me top tier customer service & were welcoming & accommodating. I stayed in a beautiful studio with a balcony & ocean view. The suite was clean, cozy, & comfortable... Including all the amenities I love: 1. full kitchen 2. washing machine & dryer 3. work station & more. Everyday the friendly cleaning staff made sure I had fresh linen for my bed & clean towels. There was free breakfast every morning. Throughout the day there was a resteraunt with delicious food & drinks. The Residence INN location is also minutes away from local food/shopping centers & places to eat. If you're looking for a beachfront hotel with a pool, jacuzzi, spacious rooms, & lots of amenities... this is the place to book. The highlight of my stay there was waking up every morning at 6am, sitting on the beach, & watching the sunrise with breathtaking views of the sky & ocean. Residence INN by Marriott will always be my choice when I come to Pompano Beach, Florida.

Very disappointed with our stay. The room was unsanitary with bugs and severe dust that triggered a health issue. A staff member entered without knocking, and another was asleep at the desk when we needed help. Basic amenities like the sink, TV, phone, and internet didn’t work properly. Definitely not up to Marriott standards — would not return.

This was my first time visiting the Pompano, Florida area, and I truly had an amazing experience. What made my stay even more memorable was the property we chose. I shared with the on-site manager how impressed I was with the level of service and genuine friendliness shown to me and my family. From the valet and front desk to the pool attendant, beach stand, and breakfast staff—every team member went above and beyond. Having worked in hospitality for over 20 years, I know how much effort it takes to deliver this level of service, and it absolutely deserves recognition. Pay Attention, just pay attention

The Residence Inn as a Hotel is perfectly fine HOWEVER… You have to pay $34 a day for an aggressive valet that handles your car far from kind!! In the few days I’ve stayed I’ve heard some horror stories & so I Sat one day & watched for myself how they speed over speed bumps aggressively and it all made sense why my tire light has come on since my stay. They are quick to open your door when you pull up at times even when I’m not ready & to even then after they understand I want them to stop trolling me they still stand there! I Pulled up slowly & he’s walking towards me & im trying to keep a distance indicating I’m not ready yet & so I stop a ways back because I wanted to smooch with my wife & I look back over my shoulder this MF is trying to see through the tint waving hello “mad” At times I wanna just go sit in my car & they insist on pulling it out. Once my car is parked why do you still need my key? My guess is to guarantee the Cash Tip & Key exchange everytime (don’t fall for it) If they get into an accident in your car while moving it & hopefully not a bad one! How you gonna explain an accident from someone driving your car that’s not on your policy?? If you’re driving a Rental car then who cares! But your personal car, watch’em!! We checked out early & ruined our Anniversary/Vacation plans because I refuse to pay $34 a day parking for someone treat my baby with disrespect not to mention it’s a Cadillac. A nice hotel at the beach! Rooms are spacious, with kitchen inside. Very convenient to spend a comfortable time at the beach. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Valet parking personnel are very helpful.
