I had the absolute best experience at Pier Sixty-Six over Labor Day weekend while celebrating my niece’s birthday! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service exceeded every expectation. The pool manager Kyle truly went above and beyond to make the weekend special. He not only helped us get our section set up for my niece’s birthday, but he also surprised her with a complimentary drink, which made her feel so special. Throughout the entire weekend, every time we saw him, he made sure we were taken care of with kindness and genuine hospitality. His attentiveness really stood out and made a huge difference in our stay. At the front desk, Rachel was absolutely wonderful. She helped us check in smoothly, answered all of our questions, and made sure our room was perfect. The front office manager, Murat Atakan, was also very accommodating, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The staff across the resort were consistently friendly, warm, and welcoming. From the restaurants (which were both beautiful and delicious!) to every single team member we interacted with, everyone treated us with such care. This truly was the best vacation I’ve ever had. It felt like being on a tropical island at a luxury resort, yet it was right here locally. The atmosphere, the service, and the way we were treated made it unforgettable. I’ve already been telling everyone about how amazing our stay was, and I cannot wait to go back again and again!
