"Staff was excellent. From check in to check out. Restaurant staff friendly and helpful. Shout out to Ango (beach) and Noellina (pool). Elevators were extremely slow and always crowded. Biggest gripe was we were billed twice for a 20% tip after dining at nube. Waitress came over with a screen and it said gratuity. Couldn’t hear anything with the music in our ears. We always tip 20% and so we did. Not realizing 20% was already included. That bothered me. Beautiful hotel and great location."
