Room was extremely musty and remained so all three nights. Floor was so dirty that our feet got filthy getting out of the shower and walking the room. The rest of the room seemed clean but had the musty smell. Breakfast was mediocre: very few options and nothing for quick on the go (like peanut butter or decent fruit.) They ran out of HOT WATER for morning tea before the end of breakfast and when I returned at 12:45pm they still hadn’t bothered to refill it: 3 hours. Only one tea option and no herbal teas. Room was basic with an uncomfortable bed (hard as a rock) and old uncomfortable chairs and furniture. Common areas were far nicer than the room itself. Toilet was very sluggish on the top floor. Some staff were awesome and others didn’t care.

The pool was way too cold so we couldn’t use it. And the hot tub was the same temperature as the pool, so that was disappointing. The bed was very comfortable but the sound isolation between the rooms was poor.
