After we were in our room, someone knocked on the door and thought it was their room. It was not a big deal at all, but soon the desk clerk was at our door apologizing for the error and had a gift for us. It was not necessary at all, but a very nice gesture.The room was clean and comfortable. We Loved the rooftop terrace and spent a lot of time there with our friends. We would stay again when we return to Seattle and would recommend this hotel."
