Staff was very friendly and helpful. Supplied us with a few dishes/silverware when requested. Easy to walk to most sites, but lots of buses right outside, if needed. Nice to have cold, fresh lemon-water available in the lobby all day. Room was very clean and comfortable. Only issue was that the window shade didn't come down all the way so we put a blanket along the bottom of the window to block the street lights at night. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel itself was good, and the staff were very friendly. However, not having a designated parking area and the abundance of homelessness was a big detractor from the overall experience, which they cannot really fix.

The room was clean and comfortable, had a nice view of the skyline, and even though I was right over a busy street the noise did not come in at all. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with, the check-in process was seamless, and the stay was overall very pleasant. I didn't get any use out of it because it was late December, but they also have a lovely rooftop that is available 24/7. I will definitely be staying with them again, and hope to take advantage of it when the season allows! They also had free snacks in the room, which was nice!

Room was perfectly fine. No problems with the property. Things can get kind of crazy in the surrounding area, especially at night. Had some guys downstairs on the street yelling troubling/violent things.
