A great location and experience for staying in Seattle. The location is close to a vibrant day and night life. Close and walkable to lots of venues and shops. The room is contemporary for many and most travelers. It is best for travelers that are concise with luggage, however. There is a microwave, mini fridge, safe, and kitchen sink with coffee maker. Lots of outlets for charging technology and a workspace for use in needed.

This is a great hotel for the price. I was able to walk to all of the bigger Seattle attractions. It really is only about a 10-15 minute walk to just about everywhere in the city. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. As a single, female traveler I felt very comfortable at the hotel and walking around the city alone. With that being said, there is a significant amount of homeless individuals that seem to congregate on 3rd avenue by the dog park across the street from where the hotel is located. If it is a concern walk to the hotel on 4th or 2nd Avenue and then up or down a block depending on where you’re coming from to get to the hotel. I walked down 3rd Ave alone and no one ever bothered me. This is a well located hotel that is near everything. The rooms are fine. They have a kitchette, decent sized bathroom and a fairly comfortable bed. I suggest getting comfortable with the transit lines since it’s the easiest way around the city. West lake station is the place to get off the lite rail train and walk to the hotel from the airport. Approximately an 8 minute walk. The cost is so much better than a cab or uber from the airport. Tons of restaurants nearby to enjoy and the rooftop view is pretty nice. If I ever came back to Seattle I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends.

Location was everything. Rooms were updated. Thin walls didn't bother us because we were out most of the day and were too tired to notice at night. Overall great experience and would stay here again!

We had a great stay at the hotel, it is close to everything! A lot of restaurants nearby and close to all the must see spots in Seattle. They have bikes available for using. There is a big homeless population in the area but not surprised since it is a big city. Would stay here again and have no complaints besides the pillows being flat and uncomfortable, overall we loved our stay!

Was very noisy

Was very noisy and unable to sleep due to extreme noise from the outside. Room was extremely small, but very clean. Staff was extremely friendly. No bar or food. But the main thing was the terrible noise by the homeless people that kept me awake at night.

Thank you Anonymous. I'm sorry that the noise disturbed you so much. In addition to the interior rooms that we have, we also have a better window solution coming within the next few months, which should greatly add to the comfort of our guests. I appreciate your compliments about the staff. Kindly, Kelsey Asplund - Assistant GM

Clean, comfortable, close to everything

Pros: Location can't be beat. Updated furnishings, very clean. Friendly staff. Didn't have our dog with us, but they seemed really (genuinely) dog-friendly.
Cons: Would have liked to be able to get the room a little cooler (maybe we just needed to fuss with the system more) and all 4 pillows were rock-hard.
Location: Lots of pubs, restaurants, and music clubs in a 2 block radius. 10 min walk to market, SAM & Benaroya, Seattle Center.
Booked a last-minute overnight to see a concert at Benaroya. Walked from the ferry to the inn, back to Benaroya, and out for drinks after-- loved the location. Excellent deal for the price; we had a room toward the back and weren't bothered by street noise, but I suspect it has the potential to be loud in rooms facing the busy street.

Hi Anselmo, Thank you for your feedback. We are located in a very popular area of the city, with lots of foot traffic from neighboring bars and restaurants and convenient public transportation. For those not used to city noise, I can completely understand that it can be loud for some! If your travels bring you back to Seattle, we would be happy to accommodate an interior facing room for you during your stay. Cheers, Caitlin Boyer - Front Office Manager
