Bien situé avec un Publix à 5 minutes de marche et très tranquille. Environnement extérieur agréable avec une piscine creusée et chaises de patio. La cuisine pas vraiment bien équipée; un seul chaudron, poêles avec nourriture qui colle, ouvre-boites brisé, pas de passoire.
