"The Valet person was a handsome young Japanese mix man I think his name started with a K.. he was helpful & made you feel welcome. He gave a short but good informative tour of the hotel. The staff in the Restaraunt during breakfast were so friendly & very quick to be of service, our server was another young man named Ned? "Beautiful resort, it’s older yes but as a travel snob and for the price it was very nice. The restaurant on the property was absolutely incredible ate at it 4x (gluten intolerant and also a food snob from CA - I swear it’s delicious) has the most stunning view. Staff works hard and has to deal with a lot, they do seem burnt out but if you talk to them and are polite they warm up. Overall great older resort, very accommodating, oh and the luau was amazing! If you stay in the second or third tower you’ll be able to watch on your balcony probably a few times! Very quiet past 8pm never heard anything or other guests talking through the walls like so many other hotels… easy parking and walkable to the main shopping area. FAST elevators! Get the fish tacos! Oh and 2 free mai tais 10/10!!! "

"Aloha!!! This home was absolutely beautiful! It was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with a fully stocked kitchen—even including a few emergency spices, which was a thoughtful touch. The hot tub heated up quickly and was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.The location is unbeatable, with a stunning private cove just steps from the back door—ideal for swimming or snorkeling. Plus, it’s conveniently close to local shops and stores, which made everything easy and stress-free.One thing to note: the neighbor to the left (when facing the ocean) is sensitive to noise. If you're traveling with a larger group, be mindful of volume after 8 p.m., as she may call security. Security was polite but firm when they came by.Despite that, I would absolutely stay here again. The home, the setting, and the amenities all made for a truly memorable trip."
