"The Cordis was a nice hotel with very gracious and helpful staff. Unfortunately, the original portion of the hotel (not the Pinnacle Tower) was extremely outdated and very much showing its age. Because of that, I don't believe it lived up to it's 5-star rating in numerous ways."

"Just got back from our 9 day stay here and we loved it. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, our room was lovely and clean and location is 10/10. Hotel definitely needs updating and is a bit rundown in areas but it's clean. Breakfast was good but a little repetitive and not much variety but was tasty. For location alone, it's worth it!"
