"This property was wonderful! Clean and best of both worlds- a hotel that had everything we needed (all we had to do was ask if we needed fresh towels or coffee, etc.) but set up like a little condo with living room, lanai, kitchen, and two bedrooms. It even had a laundry machine that was very convenient. Would gladly stay again!"

"Our room was lovely, very spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. The grounds were lovely and well maintained. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We didn’t have a car, so we had to catch the local bus to the nearest shops. The bus was free which was an extra bonus. The Royal Sea Cliff is a nice resort."

"Check in was easy. Overall, a great property. There were some stained bedding issues, but the after hours management contact was super quick to answer the phone and fix the situation. Please be aware: the grassy property connected to the property is not part of this rental. When we first booked, there were photos of it included with the listing, so we thought it was. Walking on it got us yelled at by a local, but then we were later told by the owner that it’s a sacred piece of land- a memorial to his deceased brother- so please respect it and stay off. It was nice to have a little public beach access right there though."

"The house was extremely clean and well taken care of. Plenty of space (and bathrooms) for our group of 12 (8 adults, 4 kids). Great spaces for entertaining/breaking off for a quiet space with a well stocked kitchen (spices, staples, dishes, silverware and pots/pans to easily accommodate our large group). The garage is stocked with beach toys, water shoes, snorkels, beach umbrellas and chairs. And the pool was the perfect size & depth for kids to jump, splash, and still be able to stand up comfortably. While the spa isn’t functional, it did offer a great place to sit out of the splash zone and enjoy pool time. The outdoor shower and bathroom were perfect for after the beach or pool to not track water/sand inside. The grassy areas adjacent were great for playing outside/kicking a soccer ball around. With two washers/dryers we could have packed half as much and been totally fine, we were grateful for the abundance of beach/pool towels. The home is beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, you quickly feel at home. And the windows wrap around, fully sliding glass walls (with screens) were perfect for evenings. Cannot recommend Shining Seas highly enough. It was fantastic and we would definitely stay there again!"
