If I could live here, I would! My only issue here is that there's no AC. I get why they don't have AC, because it's right on the water and the breeze and the sound of the waves - it's all sooo good. But it's a bit rough when you're trying to get ready to go out for the night, or pack to leave. So you pack and get 95% ready, then jump in that salt water pool one last time to cool off. Honestly, it was a highlight of my trip and priced just right too!

Perfect hotel! The ocean view is gorgeous. We left our lanai doors open all night to sleep with the sound of the ocean waves. Woke up to huge surf! The room was clean and comfortable. The manager Kai is a kind and happy host. I would highly recommend Kona Tiki.

Every thing was quaint. No hvac was kinda a problem. But it became moot when ambiance of open windows ect. Two properties next two it were downtrodden. In room coffee not so good beautiful little place better then two star ratting

This place was absolutely perfect! The first day of our stay, the road was blocked off for the Ironman race, and I’ve never been happier to be trapped somewhere. The suite had a perfect view, comfortable bed with ceiling fan, well-stocked kitchen and lovely Oceanside pool. The manager was so friendly and helpful!

An older facility that's been carefully renovated recently. All the rooms are oceanfront in an unbeatable location. We were able to watch and listen to the waves crashing day and night.

Cute but no air conditioning as it states, but it was unbearably hot stuffy couldn’t sleep. Also the drain in the shower didn’t not drain so the was inconvenient. Don’t expect the coffee and fruit in the morning that was from an old YouTube? Overall pretty clean cute unique property.

Million dollar view. Rooms are quaint. No A/C or TV but constant breeze kept us cool and who go's Hawaii to watch TV anyway ? Small but nice pool. Laid back atmosphere . We loved it. Breakfast on our deck with the waves crashing in was the perfect start to our day.

This hotel is such a gem. We loved having coffee on the lanai each morning with the ocean crashing on the sea wall below. Just beautiful. It was quiet at night and we were able to walk into town for dinner/shopping. It’s a great base for the west side of the island—we stayed for a week and did so much but always enjoyed returning to the hotel for a dip in the wonderfully refreshing salt water pool or just to relax on the lanai. Highly recommend!
