Book a hotel near Keiki Beach, Kailua-Kona

"We like the pool and the beach in front of the hotel, nice bar and foods there. The bed is comfortable, nice size. Unfortunately our room’s AC didn’t work properly so it was a bit hot. Otherwise we had a good time at there. "

"Could have been more clear when registering, how the wifi worked. There was no mention of it. I also have a credit card charge that was made after checkout. Not a lot, but I emailed and have received no response/explanation of the charge. I took nothing from the fridge, so there should be no additional charges at all!"

"Big Mahalo to the staff at Royal Kona Resort. We were greeted by a friendly team member at the front desk and pleasantly surprised that they upgraded our room and provided a bottle of champagne as it was our wedding anniversary. Rooms do feel a bit dated and the resort buildings are undergoing a much needed facelift. None of that detracted from our stay. Excellent location with plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping in very close walking distance. Big shoutout to Autumn at the Don’s Mai Tai bar in the hotel. She provided excellent service and was engaging in our many visits…and she makes a fantastic 1945 Mai Tai. Absolutely a great experience and I would not hesitate to stay here again. "

"We really enjoyed staying at Manta Ray Manor. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, had a full kitchen, was close to the beach and was a great place to spend five days with my family. The hosts had excellent communication skills and the house was exactly as they had described it. Highly recommended staying at Manta Ray Manor."

The home was clean, comfortable, and perfectly set up, and it is a great location.We also had a bit of “bonus adventure” during our stay thanks to the Kona low storm- but, it just added to the experience—nothing says authentic Hawaii vacation like dramatic skies and warm rain. Marco was fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed, including coconut Masada.Overall, we had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing island getaway—with or without a little tropical weather excitement!"
