All the furnitures in the room are very aging and staff are not very professional as check-in is required to go to 2 different places and handled by different people which is fine, but kept trying to promote their other paid services or tours is not bringing a good experience.

We had a great stay. The staff was very helpful and responsive with recommendations for the island. Location was fantastic near a snorkelling beach. Beautiful complex and views from the room. The unit we stayed in was a bit dated but clean. Only downside was the bed was very old and uncomfortable so we had to buy a foam topper which we then had to leave there rather than travel home with it.
