"I do not typically write reviews but this property warranted it and not in a good way. The property is massive. It’s literally a hike to and from the rooms to the lobby depending on the “tower” they put you in. The good news is there was a tram. The bad news is that it was rarely operational during our stay. When it was working, the air temperature in the cars was sub arctic. So cold we opted to walk despite the distances. Hence my marks for how well the property was maintained. Something that critical for guest comfort on a property that size should be in constant and pristine working order. Speaking of cold, they should try heating the pool. That was a chief complaint of my family and others we chatted with at the pool. Again, it’s about comfort. While I am on about the pool, two times the “pool towel” dispensers were empty and the towels were old and ratty. Even more empty was the service at the pool cabanas and we rented cabanas for three days of our stay. To be fair, one of three days there was “ok” service. Other than that the rooms were clean and sufficient. However, I feel they were over priced. Not only do I not recommend this resort. I will never stay there again…"

"This place is cheesy , depressing, and showing its age poorly Dingy bathroom with paint coming off door , crappy patio furniture that blew around in the wind… tacky as hell decor and statues. Slow as hell train to get to tower, nasty ugly koi ponds with green slime Stay elsewhere"

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff members were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The room was in good condition, clean, and comfortable, and the scenery/views around the hotel were really nice. All the essential facilities worked well, including the AC, bathroom, and WiFi, which made the stay very convenient and comfortable. The surrounding area is also great, with many places to eat nearby. It’s conveniently located close to convenience stores and the ocean, making it easy to explore the area. My only minor complaint is that the parking lot is somewhat limited and can be a little difficult to park in at times. However, the hotel does provide overflow parking options nearby and collaborates with some surrounding parking areas, which helps a lot. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others."
