"Nice Hotel right on the beach!"
Room was a little dated, but still nice. Thought we were getting queen beds. Turned out they were two double beds. Overall it was a great experience. It cost 17.50 a night to park a hotel.

"Comfortable condo, great beach"
We spent four days here out of a two week stay on the big island so that we could be convenient to the beach. This turned out the be great because the beach was beautiful, whale-watching boats left from the beach, and the Lava Lava beach bar was perfect Hawaii. Plenty of good restaurants, but since we like to cook, we also appreciated the very convenient grocery store. The condo had a small pool and hot tub not too heavily used. We don't golf, but the golf course out our back patio looked nice.

"Nice hotel with all or most rooms facing the beach"
Overall, I recommend this hotel though the rooms could use some updating. For the price, it's well worth it. The gym is adequate given the limited number of individuals who used it durning my stay.

"It's ok"
It's decent. The grounds are pretty but they nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING. The bathrooms are moldy. A hamburger is $17 to 20 dollars therefore very expensive. If you go to the stores they charge you $2 dollars for the shuttle. May not sound like a lot but when staying at the hotel you will see. Here are some pictures of the grounds.

"Nice affordable hotel close to the beach, shops"
We arrived almost an hour early due to flight times. traffic. I was a little disappointed that we were not allowed to check in but were told that the type of room we reserved was not quite ready. Needless to say, the hotel clerk gave us a pass to use the rest room, change and sit near the pool if we wanted instead. There was a noisy group occupying the small pool area, so we chose to just wait in the lobby until our room was ready.
