"My family and I stayed here for my sons birthday weekend and I cannot express how much I LOVED my experience at the Majestic Garden Hotel!! Room access was sooo easy and staff was so helpful and friendly. I lost my wallet at California disney adventure with my room key and they replaced it without giving me a hard time. "We arrived at the property early expecting to leave our luggage to attend our destination and return to check in. Staff check us in early and also upgraded us to a higher floor - beautiful room! We loved all the staff members, the cozy touches and even the fact that it was dog friendly! We had no clue. The rooms were clean and we will definetly return to any sonesta hotel!"

"The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. My husband has special needs and they stepped up their attention to him. Even at 3am they helped us which was such a major relief. There was some confusion with our 4th of July add-on but the staff was extremely apologetic. We understand that it was a bit overwhelming with guest for the holiday as well. My only complaint was that our breakfast in-room order was missing an entree. We filled out the form but it seems that they didnt see the total number of entrees correctly. They apologized and offered to bring us the missing entree but we declined just due to our schedule. We were not charged."
