Booked room super last minute and everything went so smooth. They even gave us warm cookies upon arrival. We got to see the fireworks at the Angels stadium right from our room. Will definitely be coming here again. The staff was nice and answered any questions we had. Also another plus is they have a coffee shop in the hotel too.

Check-in was terrible. No luggage cart available. We had two young children with us and a fight broke out at the bar in the lobby with security called while we were checking in. Elevator broke trying to go up to our room. Customer service was non-existent.

Wife and I booked last minute to watch a comedy show at Honda Center. We were very surprised how nice the hotel was. We wish we could’ve stayed and enjoy the amenities at the hotel but we had to leave early next morning. We will be coming back for sure.

The room wasn't fully cleaned, the trash cans were not emptied, there was some trash besides the chair and the side table top was sticky and gross. There was a weird box on top of the desk, I am guessing to remove vad odors, Photo attached.
