I love always how they welcome guest. They know right away how to treat Marriott Bonvoy guest. That why I always comeback to them though it will be great if kids are part of breakfast. I just want to comment on the sheets. I wish they always change it. We just checked in and there is stain also saw spider in the bathroom. I hope they emphasize on that.

There are much better hotels in the area. This hotel has high charges that sneak up at the end that are unwelcome and were much higher than we experienced else where. The hotel is pretty new however likely is a poor build. For example our room had multiple faults including non working bathroom light, broken door hand to bathroom and not to mention we booked a room with 2 double beds and they gave us only 1 bed (but soon changed it). The hotel is a long way from Disneyland and only practical way there is via the ART shuttle. The restaurant is average at best. Overall better hotels are usually available nearer to Disneyland at lower cost.

The pool and hot tub were nice and not crowded. Staff were friendly, the room was clean with basic amenities like a refrigerator. The mandatory surprise fee of $25 per day was inconvenient, and was use it or lose it. It had to be used on site in their coffee/gift shop or restaurant. The coffee was good there, but cost $45 to feed our family of three and we left still hungry.

Great staff in the downstairs restaurant. Anaheim does have a weird destination fee, but I guess it not the problem of the hotel. Easy in and out from the hotel to the park. We also had a prescheduled bday gift of Mickey and they did a great job delivering it before we arrived. It does sound cool also as an adult oriented hotel with the rooftop pool/bar/restaurant, but i think that’s next year.

The hotel was clean and plenty amenities to enjoy. The bus runs nearby so that's a plus. Staff was friendly. Room had a great view of the fireworks at Disneyland. I definitely want to return.

The water temperature was way too hot literally burned us when attempting to shower but it was 1am and we just wanted to go to bed. In the morning we called and someone came to check the water, cold water was running but if we tried to make the water warmer it would get way to hot again. We showered this morning with cold water not a great way to start our Disney trip.

Overall a clean hotel. Breakfast was not included. For the price it was not worth the options on the breakfast buffet menu. Covered parking nearby & good for hotel guests. Room was clean & spacious.
