trouble with my door. people in room next to us had trouble with theirs as well.Something about the battery needing to be replaced. Kept us up late while they fixed it first night. Then was annoying after a day at Disneyland and dealing with the same issue on my room door.

Comfortable Convenient and Clean

Our stay was fantastic. We arrived a little early but was able to check in a few hours early with a fee, The young lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is walking distance to Disney and several 24hr restaurants even closer. I recommend this hotel to families and adults of all ages wheelchair access and clean motor buggies rentals on same property. I will be returning . One random thing that did happen housekeeping knocked on the door about 9am walked in before we could answer and that was it .. I assumed just wanted to get her day started early . Wasn’t too worried about it. Toiletries are tiny and mid,towels plush and clean AC good.

Worth IT!

We have never stayed at this site before, but I am sure glad that we did! We went with family, so had two toddlers with us and the location of this hotel and the price we paid for the rooms was well worth it!!

Our fridge for the room was dirty and wasnt cold and broken. The bathroom ceiling was nasty. Some kid threw paper on top of the ceiling so it was just hanging . The bed was dirty and had nasty stuff on the side. We ended up leaving the second night and lost out on money.

I loved that this hotel was literally across the street from Disneyland. You can see the Disneyland drop off area from the hotel. It’s like maybe a block away from East Shuttle Area (the main crosswalk to Disneyland). I also like that there were food options in the area if you didn’t want food from the parks. The only thing I have to complain about was that it was so hot and our room had a little a/c unit that didn’t really keep the room cool. Me and my kids were so uncomfortably hot most of the night. Other than that the staff was great and the location is amazing.

Our room was spacious , comfortable and very clean. The only downside was we were located near the front entrance and even though there was a NO PARKING zone in front of our door, delivery driver seemed to stop there and it became very noisy. On Tuesday, it sounded like garbage trucks before 6 am., then a big delivery truck parked right on the curb in front of our room. When we went out and spoke to him, he said that's where the hotel told him to park there. Not a pleasant sound to wake up to on vacation. The location is great, about a 5 minute walk to the Main entrances. There is even a store next to the lobby that rents Mobility scooters for those who cannot walk. The staff is friendly. In the lobby they offer fresh gourmet coffee in the morning and fruit infused water and popcorn in the afternoon. However, one morning they ran out of coffee by 9 am and even though we mentioned it, it still was empty when we checked back 45 minutes later. They have a fun pool area, which is kept very clean by staff members each morning. Fresh towel and some floaties are provided. A nice little water park for kids of all ages. We really enjoyed this for our breaks from the Disneyland parks. The Fifth is their rooftop bar & restaurant, open Tues-Sat @ 5pm. with happy hour from 5-7 Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again but I would request a room towards the back of the hotel, away from the driveway.

Not to bad overall the first day there my stroller rental was stolen though and the person at the front desk didn’t even offer so much as an “I’m sorry to hear that” otherwise the housekeeping was great and being that near the park was outstanding
