-They never answer the phone -Room had an odor to it & not a clean one -Sink was clogged & we had to go to the office to let them know and request for it to be fixed or for us to get a new room -New room’s toilet kept getting clogged & the room smelled even worse than the first room & was humid -The hotel looks nothing like the photos online. We got the large room with Jacuzzi. As soon as I turned on the lights, roaches scattered. I couldn’t. I didn’t want my husband to place our bags on floors. I went to open the microwave to see if it was clean and I clearly woke up the roach family that was sleeping under it because they scattered from under there too. I told my husband that I couldn’t stay there. We checked in at damn almost 9pm, he had worked that day, so he’d been up since 3am, add the drive up o Anaheim, HE WAS BEAT. So he suggested I chill and for us to go eat out to I could forget about the roaches. Now I know he was beat because he hates roaches more than me. Before we left the room to go eat, I decided to turn the water on for the jacuzzi tub and there were gaps where roaches were running out of that as well. I went to tell front desk and nothing happened. I mentioned it to the man who checked us out the next day and He legit smiled and said “ok, I’ll let them know” . I said “yall need to fumigate the heck outta here”. I didn’t dare to bring our luggage into the house. We left it all in garage till I washed every last clothing peace before I couldn’t bring anything inside our home

My checking took 20 minutes as the manager was nowhere to be found. Sketchy individuals coming and going, my room smelled like mildew and my whole family acquired this bad cough once we got up the next day. I personally fixed the handrail in the shower as it was loose and the shower rod which was being held on by one screw. Walls were filthy with kids handprints and the overall room was just tough to stay in for the 4 nights. I stayed because I didn’t want to lose the money I paid and then pay just as much if not more for another location. Very disappointed but we made the best of it. Now if I can just recover from this cough or cold or whatever we acquired from the room.

This hotel was nothing like the pictures portrayed. The rooms were very run down and dirty. We were right next to the dumpsters and the trash was all over the parking lot and the steps to our room. We stayed here for Disney and then decided to check out to go to a different hotel due to how dirty and unsafe this hotel felt for kids. We came back from Disney one night to find random people sitting on the steps outside our room, feeding stray cats and smoking pot. There were very large cockroaches running around outside our room. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, and I get that they were hotel beds, but you could feel the springs. Do not book here, spend a little more and find a better option.

Pretty standard motel-type fare. Staff was nice. Easy check-in check-out. The inside kind of feels like a home from the early 2000s. After walking around inside the hotel room, the soles of my feet were visibly blackened. We stayed here to go to Medieval Times and it was a super convenient location. The price was amazing though. Willing to trade off all these things for the price we got.

I was there for family fun. Contrary to what the previous reviews said there was no smoke filled areas. Our room was big but could use some upgrades the outlets were older and didn't hold the chargers, the carpets, refrigerator and furniture could use updating. It had a nice pool area and laundry facilities so that was a plus. For the price we couldn't go wrong. We used it for showers and sleep and that was perfect for our busy vacation and only 10min from Disneyland. Pictures from when we got there i included. We had the 1room with a king bed and 2 queens in the living area.

Extremely Disappointed Stay

The smell of the room was extremely bad, we had to change rooms because we couldn’t stand the smell, the lamps in the room did not have any light bulbs, therefore the light in the room was very poor, in the bathroom, water kept coming out every time we flush it, the sheets did not smell clean.
