This place was nice but the bath tub water does not drain and on top of that I said for two people and they promote free parking so when the second person has to park you have to pay $25 a day and call after 5pm . The staff was nice but there was one day we called for parking and the staff that help us name Michelle was so mean like she was angry about working . When we called like we have been the last two days she automatically said no that only a manager can do that which was odd because prior to that it wasn’t a manager that helped us. It was regular associates. I had to come into the hotel to talk to her in person and automatically she was defensive she even handed me the coupon for the parking on the other side, making it seem like she did not want help me at all so I told her I’m not sure if you’re having a bad day, but we haven’t had a problem till now. I went back to my room and you know she sent a text message saying that they could prove it and they did she apologized for the way things were but that was just something that really changed your mind. Other than that clean and good will book again

I stayed here for a couple of nights for a visit to Disneyland. I had a King room and I was really pleased by the space in the room. There’s no closet but there’s a few drawers and a place to hang up clothes. The bath was a tub/shower combo and the sink area was small but serviceable. The water was warm and wonderful! The bed was comfortable and there were 5 different pillows to choose from. Luckily, one worked for me as I can get a stiff neck from a bad pillow. I really did sleep well on my bed. The AC unit kept the room cool since it was pretty warm when I was down there. It had a cute porch area with a couple of chairs that really added to the charm of the entrance. I was on the bottom level but I didn’t hear too much from the people above me. One thing to be aware of is the windows have shutters no blinds. So it wasn’t totally a dark room at night. But after walking 20K steps at Disney, I was out! One of the main reasons I picked this hotel was the proximity for walking to the parks and the free parking. Huge benefit! It took me 12 min to walk to the security line by the Disney hotels (best way to go to the parks!) and I was through and on the monorail in 20 min. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again because of the room, walking distance to Disney, and the free parking!

The location is great, and staff was very friendly. The room is a bit outdated, but very clean and with great AC. The pool is nice, bit the hot tub was pretty dirty. The laundry area is very small and outdoor, which wasn’t ideal during the summer. All in all though, I really enjoyed my stay! I would come again.
